Who we are
FUERZA ("we", "us") is a brand and growth advisory. This policy explains what information we collect through fuerzaagency.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@FuerzaAgency.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address and anything you write in the message.
- How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to understand visits in aggregate: pages viewed, how far people scroll, which buttons are clicked, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use it
- To reply to you, set up a call, and follow up on the conversation you started.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who helps us
A few service providers process information on our behalf, only to run the site and answer you:
- FormSubmit delivers contact form messages to our inbox and sends you an automatic confirmation.
- Google Analytics measures site usage.
- Hostinger hosts the website, and Google Fonts serves its typefaces.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to work with you or answer your request, then delete them. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Analytics account.
Your choices
- Email us to see, correct or delete the information you sent through the form.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
